Forest Home Summer Camp
July 27-August 2
A week of growing in the knowledge of God, having fun with friends, and enjoying the mountains! 5th-12 graders will love this annual summer event.
Cost
Adventure Mountain (5th-6th grades): $370
Lost Creek (7th-8th grades): $395
Lakeview (9th-12th grades): $435
Registration
$100 deposit is due by June 22nd.
Deadline for all payments and forms is Sunday, July 6th.
A church and Forest Home medical and liability release form are needed.
A limited number of partial scholarships are available.
Camp Details
Check-in at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 27th in the church parking lot.
Returning at approximately 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 2nd.
Bring a sack lunch for the ride up to camp on Sunday.
All luggage and personal items must be marked with student's name, address, phone number, and the church name.
Medications must be in their original pharmacy container along with written instructions; all in a ziploc bag with the camper's name printed on it.
